The Production Changelog is updated only on an actual production deployment/release — not on every Git commit. A single release usually contains many commits. Each entry is a new doc in the Production Changelog category, titled YYYY-MM-DD — Production release.

# YYYY-MM-DD — Production release

Production commit:
`<git SHA>`

## Changed

## Fixed

## Notes

## Documentation
- links to relevant wiki articles

Checklist #

  1. Take the SHA that is actually running: git -C /root/signage-estimator rev-parse HEAD after the deploy is verified.
  2. Summarise the commits since the previous entry: git log --oneline <previous-sha>..<sha>.
  3. Re-import Git docs at that SHA (import_git_docs.py --commit <sha>) and link the affected articles.
  4. The Russian entry is the main one; add an English version linked as its translation where possible.

No entries exist yet: the first entry is created at the next production deployment.
